Gateway was great, they allowed us to do a meet and greet with our other dog at the shelter to make sure everyone got along, Ruby was well taken care of when we got her, she was clean and well behaved. We love our Ruby girl. The volunteers that run the shelter were great about communicating with me on the adoption and have checked in on Ruby since we adopted her.”
