Due to a fantastic response from the community, we have already had a very high number of applications submitted for the for our Community Cats Spay & Neuter Program 2026 grant.
We are therefore putting a brief “paws” on applications at this time while we work through the ones we’ve received so far. This is to ensure we don’t accept more than our grant funding will cover.
We will resume accepting applications for this program once we get caught up, assuming the grant funding has not run out.
Reminder: Please note that this program should be used to register only cats that live within the following five counties: Montgomery, Rowan, Bath, Menifee and Morgan.
For dogs or for cats that live outside of these five counties, please use the form located on the "Low Cost Spay & Neuter” page.
