Surrender Application

As a volunteer-run non-profit, we do not have the ability to house large numbers of animals. If you need to surrender an animal, please fill out the application to the best of your ability, and we will contact you if we have space available.

NOTE: We are not animal control and do not pick up stray animals.

There is a surrender fee of $25 for cats and $50 for dogs.

**All animals taken into our facility must pass a temperament test.
