As a volunteer-run non-profit, we do not have the ability to house large numbers of animals. Also we are unable to take certain breeds due to insurance limitations. If you need to surrender an animal, please fill out the application to the best of your ability, and we will contact you if we have space available.

You may also choose to use the “No Place Like Home” program created by Clark County Animal Shelter which allows you to post the animal for adoption yourself. Click here to learn more.

NOTE: We are not animal control and do not pick up stray animals. If you need to report a stray in Montgomery County, please contact Montgomery County Animal Shelter at 859-498-8751.

There is a surrender fee of $25 for cats and $50 for dogs.

**All animals taken into our facility must pass a temperament test before being accepted.
